Dr. Alissa graduated in 2009 from the School of Pharmacy, King Saud University, Riyadh. She earned her master’s degree in business administration from Alfaisal University in 2014. Dr. Alissa worked as a Staff Clinical Pharmacist and then as a Specialized Transplant Clinical Pharmacist, where she provided comprehensive pharmaceutical care through integrated drug distribution, clinical services, and teaching at KFSH&RC. Dr. Alissa has multiple publications and national/international poster presentations.

Ibtisam Alharbi graduated with Pharm D degree from King Abdulaziz University in 2009, and MSc. in pharmaceutical economics & policy from MCPHS University in Boston. In 2021, she has founded the first Pharmacoeconomic service in MOD tertiary hospitals in the Western region of Saudi Arabia. Her vast experience in these areas has given her a deep understanding of the complexities of the healthcare industry and the importance of balancing cost and quality of care.

Shatha Almuhaideb was the first graduate from the Medication-Use Safety and Policy residency program in 2019 and completed training at the national institute for health and care excellence in the United Kingdom. She is the chair of the Drug Information Pharmacy Specialty Network. She is interested in health policy development, value-based medicine, and national programs to optimize healthcare services.

Solaiman Alhawas is a board-certified clinical pharmacist graduated from King Saud University in 2016. In 2022, he joined Saudi Food and Drug Authority as drug safety expert and was appointed as the coordinator of drug information specialty network under Saudi Society of Clinical Pharmacy. Solaiman has a special interest and skills in fields of drug information, drug safety and policy, education, evidence based medicine, and research.
Clinical Pharmacogenomics Specialist
Dr. Hana Al Alshaykh completed her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) and her postgraduate year residency (PGY1) training at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre. She continued her career path through a Clinical Pharmacogenomics (PGx) PGY2 training at University of Florida. Currently she works at KFSHRC as PGx implementer in collaboration with Pharmaceutical Care Division & Center for Genomics Medicine.
