- Providing an environment that supports knowledge sharing between health practitioners and health economists and health outcomes research in healthcare at a regional level
- Bridging the gap in communication between health economists, practitioners, health outcomes researchers, decision makers, pharmaceutical industries and universities
- Acting as a reference in the field of health economics at a local, regional and international levels
