Important Information for Conference Participants

To ensure a smooth entry on the conference day, attendees are kindly requested to bring a valid form of identification. This helps us verify registration details and ensure an optimal experience for all participants. Please note that conference tickets are non-transferable unless updated in advance through your account. Changes to attendee information can be made directly via your account dashboard.

Cancellation and Refund Guidelines

Requests for refunds can be submitted through the form on our Contact Us page within 14 business days of purchase. Refunds are processed after 48 hours of the original transaction and cannot be granted once the conference date has passed. We also offer the flexibility to transfer your registration to another conference, subject to availability and any applicable price adjustments.
